Mercedes is preparing to launch the new generation GLA, and of course, the closer we get to its debut, the more details we find out about it. A last teaser video reveals that the 2021 GLA will be offered with highly adjustable rear seats.
The idea was of course inspired by the GLB and will allow the new GLA to adopt a 40:20:40 rear seat layout. This is a considerable improvement over the previous 60:40 layout and will improve the GLA’s interior space by a lot.

The new GLA will be 0.59 inches shorter than the previous generation and also 3.9 inches taller. Despite this tho, Mercedes announced it will offer much more generous rear legroom and more headroom and a higher seating position.
The 2021 Mercedes-benz GLA will be officially unveiled on December 11, 2019 at 2.00 p.m. CET.
