Toyota 4Runner has been first launched in 1984 and since then it went throw five different generations. Now, for the 2020 model year it has been updated with a new safety package and numerous new tech, comfort and convenience upgrades.
The 2020 4Runner will be offered Toyota Safety Sense P (TSS-P) standard on all grades, Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Sway Warning System, Automatic High Beams and High-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control (DRCC).
As standard equipment all models will be offered with a high-resolution 8-inch touchscreen display for the Audio, Audio Plus and Premium Audio systems.
The 2020 4Runner will be offered with a choice of 2WD, part-time 4WD with a 2-speed transfer case, or, in the Limited, full-time multi-mode 4WD with a 2-speed transfer case and locking center differential.
Under the hood all models will be offered with a 4.0-liter V6 engine that delivers a total of 270 horsepower and 278 pound-feet of torque. All 4Runner models can tow a maximum of 5,000 pounds.
