The redesigned, 2020 Titan made its debut today at the State Fair of Texas. For the 2020 model year the Titan will be offered in King Cab and Crew Cab body configurations and five well-equipped graded levels – S, SV, PRO-4X, SL and Platinum Reserve.
For 2020 the Titan has been updated with three unique grille designs, that will help the customers to differentiate between grade levels. There are also new new headlights that produce around 120 percent more light output in low beam offered as standard in the Titan PRO-4X version. The PRO-4X also gets four LED boards putting out 800 lumens each. For the rear of the truck, Nissan is offering new LED lights and tailgate finishers, with the TITAN PRO-4X featuring a black finisher.
Under the hood there is a 5.6-liter Endurance® V-8 gasoline engine that delivers a total of 400 horsepower and 413 lb-ft of torque. The engine is mated to a new 9-speed automatic transmission with a larger final gear ratio of 3.692:1– providing more torque at the wheels in a given gear and smoother and faster acceleration.
The 2020 Titan PRO-4X will be offered with Hill Descent Control, Hill Start Assist, Brake Limited-Slip Differential (BLSD) and electronic locking rear differential.
The 2020 Nissan Titan PRO-4X will go on sale in early 2020.
